Everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and caring for your handwovens.


  • A: Orders are shipped via USPS. Scarves, towels, and small pouches ship free within the U.S. Larger or heavier pieces — such as overshot wall hangings or glass-framed art — have calculated shipping costs that will be shown at checkout. Orders ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order is on its way.

  • A: Currently, I ship within the U.S. only. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact me directly.

  • A: I want you to love your handwoven piece!

    • Each piece is handmade and one of a kind. If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days for a replacement or refund. Other returns are considered individually; shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

    • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Custom orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • A:

    • Scarves: Handwash in cool water with mild soap. Hang or lay flat to dry. Steam press if needed.

    • Towels: Machine wash warm with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat. Press if desired for a crisp finish.

    • Hemp Textiles: Machine wash warm and tumble dry low. These pieces will soften and become more comfortable with use.

  • Want something made just for you? Here’s how custom weaving works.

  • A: Yes! I welcome custom orders. You may choose colors, fibers, and dimensions to suit your needs. Please allow additional time for weaving and communication about design details. Use the Custom Orders page or email me directly to get started.

  • A: Custom weaving takes time and care. Please allow 4–6 weeks for weaving and finishing, depending on the project size and my current schedule.

  • A: I commonly work with cotton, hemp, Tencel, wool, and silk blends. If you have a different fiber in mind, let me know and I’ll see what’s possible.

  • Q: Can I request a deadline for my custom piece?
