Scarves, towels, and small pouches ship free within the U.S. Larger or heavier pieces — such as overshot wall hangings or glass-framed art — have calculated shipping costs that will be shown at checkout. Orders ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order is on its way.

• Each piece is handmade and one of a kind. If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days for a replacement or refund. Other returns are considered individually; shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Custom orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

A:

• Scarves: Handwash in cool water with mild soap. Hang or lay flat to dry. Steam press if needed.

• Towels: Machine wash warm with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat. Press if desired for a crisp finish.

• Hemp Textiles: Machine wash warm and tumble dry low. These pieces will soften and become more comfortable with use.
